Happy Feet - Terms of Business

Terms and Conditions

Please read and sign the following terms and conditions that will apply to every booking.

 

FEES

• Bookings will be confirmed once a deposit of 25% of the total fee has been received.
• The final balance fee to be received at least 28 days before the date of the scheduled event.


BOOKINGS

• Can be made by email or by telephone.
• Standard packages are available to suit most requirements.
• Individual packages can be arranged if required.
• Following a request for a booking “Happyfeet dance academy” will issue an agreement by email or by post.  
• The booking will be valid when the agreement and terms and conditions are signed and returned together with the deposit.



CONDITIONS

• Licences are arranged by others e.g. Owners of the venue.
• 60 minutes is made available to allow time to set up and prepare in advance of the scheduled start time.
• 30 minutes is made available to allow time to leave the premises after the scheduled completion.
• All guests taking part in the dancing will be wearing shoes.
• The floor will be in a fit condition to dance safely – especially no broken glass.
• Courtesy is required for the dance package to be delivered.


 
CANCELLATION

• A deposit is normally non-refundable.
• Final balance of fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 28 days of the scheduled event.
