Thought you had two left feet? This is your chance to dispel that myth and to share the joy of learning to dance in a group social environment! A comment from one of our existing members "Before we started, I told Lynne and Geoff that I had two left feet and no rhythm! They persuaded us to come along and try, and with their help and patience, we have both learned so much and are tremendously proud of what we can now do on the dance floor. We have met so many lovely people through learning to dance. We can't thank Lynne and Geoff enough for all that they have done!"

The essential ingredients of a Happy Feet Dance Academy are a fun atmosphere with a friendly approach that puts people at their ease. A happy, receptive frame of mind is just what you need to dance. Many of our absolute beginners learn to dance to music right from lesson one.
We start with straightforward ballroom and easy to learn sequences to help beginners learn timing and an understanding of the dance. Guidance is then given on choreography. Private lessons can be arranged to enable newcomers to quickly catch up with the main group.
Then the fun really begins! We organise special dance events, including Christmas and summer barbeque dances. Club members can also arrange fund raising dances and organise anniversary dance parties, all of which helps generate much need cash for local village halls. So dance is not all about self indulgence, it can also be a tremendous community giving opportunity!
If you want to take things more seriously, no problem, we can provide private lessons to prepare for ISTD dance examinations.
Happy Feet Dance Academy membership benefits are the kind of things you really can’t put a price on. Many report an improvement in fitness levels, balance and agility as they master spins turns, spot turns, pivots and more.
Each centre not only enjoys Ballroom, Latin and Sequence dancing, but members can also hold their own in any social situation such as a dinner and dance. Their new found style and confidence never fails to impress.
